The municipality of Magallón is placed in south-west of Europe, in the Iberian peninsula, in Spain, in Aragon, in the region of Borja's Field, to approximately 60 kilometers of the city of Saragossa.
The Town is located, in his ancient part, to 419 m. of height on the forelands of Castle and of the Peak, these forelands that are part of Molilla and built on ancient Iberian and Roman establishments. The new buildings of the Town spread today on the fertile plain of the river Huecha.
In the high part, watching everything the San church settles Lorenzo, constructed on the remains of an ancient castle templario

Out of city center and in a radio of ½ km we can find:
- bridge of Fornoles of Roman origin on the river Huecha. East bridge was part of the Roman roadway, now known as Real roadway, earlier mentioned and it is modified enough although the original lines can still be appreciated.
- Roman waterwheel placed on the river Huecha and nearby right of way known as the Footpath.
- toast Roman watchtower placed at short distance of the bridge of Fornoles and dominating the roadway and the bridge. This tower is today of property particular.
The area stands out for being a producer of an excellent wine, under her Denomination of Origin Field of Borja, and of a good olive oil, protected by the formula "C" of Quality, in the isolated Oil of Extra Virgin olive. Also the importance is necessary to indicate of porcine farms and of the production typical potter of the locality. (ftes and text to see links)
